When I tried to do a scan yesterday (as I have lost some channels) I did the usual stuff and within 5 seconds of scanning it came up with a message saying "No channels found please execute a scan".
I tried it again and the same thing happened. It doesn't even find any transponders.
My signal etc is fine and I'm using Laky Sylas Image which I've used for the last 6 months or so with absolutely no problems at all.
Also after I tried to do a scan I lost all my channels so just as well I always back everything up before I ever do anything.
I tried to scan another box using the same image and the same thing happened with that also.
Anmyone have any ideas as to what is causing this???

have you tried with fast scan set to off

Yes fast scan etc OFF. I've scanned many times over the years and never experienced this before. Think I'll need to try another image which is a shame as this image on my box is very stable indeed.

This is strange as a few of my mates are reporting the same thing, i am about to get mine out and try it, may have to be a flash again if i get problems.

check your signals ,,and every thing is properly connected ,if all ok
try a new image

Mine went two weeks ago put new image on and fine now

Try changing ucode and then perform a scan.

ucode has nothing to do with scanning.
it looks like he has not set his location for scanning

Just a suggestion, I had a friends dbox and it wouldnt scan on one ucode but would on another, maybe just a coincidence but it seemed to work for what ever reason.
