Go to the engineers menu , get the nagra serial code and convert the first 10 digits in the windows calculator in scientific mode , type in the numbers then click the hex option , this will provide you with your IRD

XNCS would have given me the correct BK right?? Its a 2110 so cant afford any mistakes lol.

Get the Nagra Serial Code, open up Windows Calculator, click View> Scientific, Dec should be selected. Enter the Nagra Serial Code (minus the last 2 digits) and click Hex. Note that the first "0" won't show in the Calculator. Your IRD will start with 12 if it's for a PACE box or 3E if it's for a Samsung or Scientific Atlanta box.

As long as you know the BK the IRD isn't a issue , Make sure you make a note of the BK and write it on the box clearly . or store it somewhere safe , I put all mine with the kids birth certificates as i know i won't loose them as well as a back up on my external HD. You obviously know the consequences with a 2110c

how do these date things work. What do they actually mean because those dates above mean absolutelt nothing to me. I put the 4 things on my card and you're right. it's back to normal and works. Well cheffud. Thanks everybody
