Hi All
I accidentally deep scanned my eurovox 5000, and have now lost the location of all my sorted channels. As I have two young kids I kept all the dodgy channels out of the way and all the kids stuff was sorted into order, etc etc I kept a cdf of the sort on my laptop - could someone give me a quick idiots guide of how to use it to get the sorted channels back in order? From plugging the USB into my laptop would be nice!!!! Thanks a million. Dingo |

you load a cdf file to your box using the Unified Flash Loader
connect your box to your PC via the null modem cable and connect power to box run the loader and press the Browse button, this will open an explorer window where you can browse to your saved cdf file click on the file and press the save button, this will put the file into the loader click on the download button (the one between upload and edit) and this will load the file to your box. connect back to TV and all channels should be up and running |

Some man Smoggy - thanks a million. I will try it when i get home after work.
One small question when you say connect back to tv, does the box have to be physically disconnected using the scart leads, or can the tv just be switched off? Cheers again Dingo Last edited by adingo8mybarbie; 17-06-09 at 10:48 AM. |

the instruction is how I do it on a maxv (I physically disconnect from TV)
on the maxv you only have the box connected to your PC via the null modem cable and power to box, ie cable feed scart etc. all disconnected, this eliminates the chances of getting any interference/coruuption when downloading |
