If you have tried all the methods that myself and other kind members have suggested i am doubting the authenticity of your BK , how did you retrieve the BK? It didn't start 6d 56 ** ** ** ** ** by any chance did it? If so your box is in doorstop mode

i will try and reset the box again as mentioned above, bk and ird are 100% correct as i have used the box before (2day) i just want 2 give it 2 sum1 in derby now

You said you are in notingham and you want to set the box for derby, have you tried this box before i.e have you used it in your area, if not maybe you should set it to work for your area first and make sure that the BK is correct then if everything goes well try to set it for Derby once again.

I know this might sound silly but do you put the IRD forward and you select flash for Derby??

cycle through the pages in e/m and leave for a good few seconds (say 15 secs) on each page. have noticed they like changing on one of the last pages, not the one with the net id on.

yeap i put the ird forwards and selected derby.

still no joy . . .

i know the box is registering the card as it comes up with the cards serial code when i put it in.
