i am in nottingham and want to set a 2110 up for the derby area.
(i have bk n ird details) how can i set it up for derby whilst being in nottingham. as in the past ive never needed 2 worry as im in nthell pure. am i right in thinking i need to short the battery boot to eng menu with cable feed out (so it doesnt set to nottm) then place the programmed funcard in and when the box reboots pull power out Take to derby and plug in? all sounds like it will be nice and easy but probably wont be Thanks cal |

Hi
Thers no baterry in 2110. You need to press < > ok and standbye button at same as you are powering up (may need help from someone) till you see ld06 box will then reset go in EM and netid should be 09999. Then you need to do the netid for derby using funcard method. Dont put feed in. If you put cable feed in at your place it will set it for pure and you will have to do it again. Or just take it to Derby and set it there with funcard method. Regards |

I always set the symbol rate and frequency after I have inserted the funcard.
Then if the box doesn't change the netid straight away by rebooting I flick through the pages until the box reboots. |
