Default Replay Box PVR C-100 *getting desperate*

Alright lads/lasses,

I know i've posted this before but surely there must be somebody on here who can help.

I have a mates Replay PVR C-100 box which he want fixing.

So far I have found some f/w (744 version) from our friendly toolbar. I tried the full version and everything goes well until I unplug the box, when I switch it back on it says boot then the red light comes on and nothing else works !

The hard drive has been removed from the STB but it still worked ok before the key rolls. Should I try the lite version ??

I have treid the replay forum and the afterdawn one and getting nowhere. You guys have always come through before so i'm trying again.

Does anyone know of a simple guide ? With the correct f/w etc ?? I know its asking a lot but i'm pulling my hair out here ! Getting the box working means nothing, but getting beat by it does ! ha ha

Many thanks in advance.
