I have a problem getting a 20mb MAC to work;
I mean I can get the 2/10mb MACs to work but not this bugger. I use MAC's with the Configs such as: cmreg-ntlhm250-rts98.cm cmreg-ntlhm250-bas.cm cmreg-ntlhm250-rtsm10-nb.cm (These all work) But the 20mb MAC with the config cmreg-ntlhm250-rts22.cm never gets past the IP complete staus, sending registration failure, I think. Help would much be appreciated, and I am asking this only because forcing configs with the config file cmreg-ntlhm250-rts22-nb.cm have STOPPED today in STOKE ![]() |

if it sticks on ip complete, its a tftp/config problem.
is tftp bypass enabled or something?

if the mac is dead it will bring up cancel.cm or noserv.cm as a config. this will also make the modem drop connectivity between modem and pc/router.... if using a pc, set nic to 192.168.100.10 and then go to overview page and it will be there

miss read mate, stoke you have to sync and be able to pass all validation on the 50meg frequencies which is all BPI+ absolute bugger it wont take bpi off, bpi normal and the modem wont pass bpi let alone bpi+ and bypass doesnt work on our networks it seems. if you badly need the 20 use the business but dont expect it to last long
actually thinking about it i did say the gist of tht in the other post:P oh well |
