Satellite dish clamp

I have recently moved house and am trying to setup a new satellite dish. However due to a multitude of reasons I am very limited as to what kind of dish installation i can have. Pole mounting, ground mounting are not options. The only option available to me is a horizontal piece of masonary about 4 -5cm thick. I have scoured the internet looking for a mini dish that will have a 'vice-like' clamp attached to the back. But they dont seem to exist. If anyone has any ideas your help would be appreciated.

Might be useful if you posted a picture of what you want to clamp it to.

I was thinking along the lines of a pair of these maybe

G-clamped around the masonary, with a cranked mast fitted between the tube clamps. The minidishes will clamp to a scaffold tube.
