i was upgrading from Infinite to the haxorware software when a problem occurred. In hyperterminal when i enter 192.168.100.1 then i press enter 5 times to get to the options then you have to press d but before that when i press enter for the last time it says CRASH. I keep tying over and over again but still no luck.
Am i doing anything wrong here or is it the modem. |

![]() Wtf?! sounds like its bricked...no suprise with that sort of random button bashing. Nothing you just said makes any sense, IE you're doing everything wrong. Entering 192.168.100.1 then getting the 'd' option to flash...crazy talk soz mate. On the offchance you've not f/cked it, boot it with your 232 connected- Connect using COM port in hyperterminal - not winsock! See if you get the 'p' option. If you get past 'p' then then choose 'd' and flash again. Good luck ,sr20 Last edited by sr20; 21-06-09 at 09:13 AM. |

If the modem boots and allows a telnet connection you can just upgrade like G77 said...but if the bootloader is indeed fcked, you'll have to flash using max232 and a 2mb dump to fix it. sr20 |
