Default dbox problem

hello, i have a sagem dbox 2 useing andromada v.2.0 image,i have just flashed the updated nargrom 7 file on to it,hopeing this would sort out my lost channels issue(setanta, disney) and to give me the new channels(sky1 and others) however after rebooting, my dbox is still the same. i follwed the instructions(from how to install the nargarom 7 bin file) word for word and had no issues.can anyone tell me wat i need to do to fix this problem, sorry if i sound thick, but would like to sort it myself, instead of paying someone else. thanks!!!

this kind of fault happens in different areas and like humforce mentioned it could be just something in your area.so wait 24 hours then another 24 hours.
do a deep scan,, none of that fast scan stuff.
check your connections,,, that too can alter how the channels are found during a scan.
replace any old cables with new ones.
check connections outside in the box on your house for water seepage.
scan to see if any of this helped.
really its trial and error.
when an appliance stops working we start at the plug and work our way in.. same with cable start at the cable input on the outside wall and work your way in untill the fault becomes apparent!!

regards dave

hopefully-I scanned some services a while back, and lost Zee TV a few days later. Always slow scan for services when this happens
