Default hi can any1 hellp modem prob

hi i have a sb5101e with haxorware iv put a mac addy in it but in the overview its not getting past retrieve time of day it just says in progress what can i do or am i doing owt wrong

try a different HFC mac

yes new mac and check ur tftp ip has not changed

tryed all my mac addys and same thing in my static ip my ToD Server is 10.10.10.252 just found out that my friend has been fooking about with all the setting so can any1 give me the setting or can i do a factory default???????????????

Factory default is fine, that just reset's the freq etc back to default, then find out your CORRECT settings and should work ok, if it don't its normally down to dead mac's.

ye try factory settings it helped me a lot to get mine up and runnin then when u put a good mac it should say status operative good luk

Glasgow, but on my previous modem it went from

10.137.103.8 to 10.137.103.1

and I only found that out through trial and error
