Hello,

I have an xbox 360 elite and I was wondering what is "flashing an xbox" and if it has benefits, how can I do it? Sorry if my questions seem stupid as I am new at this

Hi it lets you play back ups of games you own .

How ou do it depends on the drive you have inside the console. If it's a Samsung, Hitachi or BenQ, you won't have any issues because all you need is a SATA cable and some software but if you have a Lite-On, you will need more advanced kit.

To back up games that you allready own no, but it's against MS terms and conditions for xbox live so if detected your console will be banned from xbox live
