VM broadband problems GRRR

got VM broadband installed on friday 19th june, worked slow or didnt work at all. phoned vm up and supprise.... they capped it WTF! it only got installed 2day. so thy uncapped it

ever since then vm broadband seams slow and im on 10meg ive checked my pc (tcp/ip settings n dat)

so my soloution

dodgy modem

has any 1 had this problem

Run a speedtest at hxxp://www.speedtest.net/ then you'll know for sure, if you're not getting what you are paying for get straight on the phone and say exactly that.

try this

SpeedGuide.net :: TCP Optimizer / Downloads

then run speedtest, if its still slow, run the test while connected directly to the modem, if its still slow, its virgin, if it speeds up, your wireless may not be able to handle it (if you have one) especially if you have wireless B

They are capping if you download. You begin to wonder why you would pay to have a 20mb or 10mb when you download a bit and gets capped to 2mb.

LOL :, the caps are annoying but you get used to them.
