as you already know, espn has bought the rights for 46 football games for the next season coming up. Is there any chance that we could get that channel on the Eurovox through V*R*IN.

You could try asking VM if they will carry the channel. I would think that it will be available, maybe Setanta2 will get renamed.

There are 2 ESPN channels available in Europe - ESPN America (US Sports) and ESPN Classic (Classic Sporting events). I would expect an ESPN Europe channel, possibly a renamed (bought out) Setanta2 or Setanta News, they won't need so many channels.

Now that Setanta has ceased broadcasting what will happen to LFC TV, The Racing Channel etc as they were part of the "Setenta package" to proper subscribers.
These channels are still broadcasting, so will they now become Premium Channels at £5 a month? Not that bothered obviously - but was just wondering!

I would suspect that ESPN will buy the whole Setanta UK operation, just like it bought NASN.

No ESPN is not getting the rights to broadcast 46 football games which Setanta sports had rights to. Sky sports have brought the rights of Setanta sports they will be broadcasting the 46 matches. Check the link below for more information.
