dbox not working

dbox not working
i have a dbox nokia when i switch it on on the display i get the message sportster pro loading kernel and on the tv screen there is a warrior with a sword and says scotland the brave
if i press any button on the remote nothing happens
i have downloaded all the software and image.
when i flash with ifa the box get to the backup stage then nothing happens on the display of the box it's about 14%
any ideas please
