Default Factory Reset? Maybe.

I have DBox (starview) My son (4yrs old) was playing with the remote and must have changed the password. How can I reset it back to 0000? The channels are disappearing one by one and I cannot do anything about it. Please help.
Many thanks.

when I made the last post and tried to edit it the site was soooooo slow to respond it finished up being a double post. (don't know if it was something to do with wacko Jacko) but as I write the post is still showing as yemkem being the last poster when I have made 2 posts afterwards, can anyone explain why. (it also only shows as 3 replies when this is the sixth reply)

I've also made this post to check if it shows me correctly as the last poster,

EDIT : yes it now shows me as last poster
