100% bottom line on this feed issue is this, if you sub to thier broad band only and don't sub to a tv package then you will deffo have a feed to a stb and recieve all channels., you don't have to have a tv pack with them, just broad band will surfice.

finally got it working, got all channels but then channels keep crashing after watching foe few minutes?

basically watching channels, then the picture goes greenyredy and stops working, crashes, so i have to power it off and turn it on again. a randiom number like 1 or 4 appears on the kryptview screen

Ha now we might get somwhere on this one.
Please make sure all yer cables especially the scart ones are secure in box and tv as well, scarts are notorious for red/green/ all colours waving about due to a bad scart or lose fitting.
Try this mate.

also when yer tried this one, unpug yer box for 30 seconds, I bet this solves it.
