sky
any one know how i can get channel 5 all other channel working fine but not channel 5 message come up saying there is a problem with your viewing card ensure your sky viewing card is correctly inserted its a box i picked up from car boot sale

Unless you have a valid Sky viewing card ch5 is not available in the EPG.
You have to watch it via 'other channels' You need to add the channel by scanning 10773H, 22000, 5/6.

You have to view it via OTHER CHANNELS. It is NOT in the EPG.
 If the card is blue with a yellow house, it probably won't work anymore, mine doesn't. New cards are being issued to subscribers at the moment.

Pull the card out.
Give it a wipe,re-insert,making sure it is correctly inserted in the Sky viewing card slot and not the Interactive card slot. It may take up to three days before Five appears. Assuming the card/card slot is not faulty. |
