Hi
I'm getting my Eurovox EX1000 SL delivered soon. It will come flashed with the latest software and firmware which auto-updates the keys and I will be using it with my Virgin Media connection. Do I have to enter an area code in the box for the area where I live or would it do this automaticaly when I plug it in as part of the firmware? Thanks |

you will have to do a scan for channels and the symbolrate you scan with depends on who your original provider was before becoming VM.
In the UK it will be either 6887 or 6952 if you say where you are from (nearest town) someone will probably be able to tell you which one it is |

you should just be able to plug and play if it has the latest firmware, you shouldnt need to update anything, should do it automatically.
