Where have you got the dish?

The Triax TD110 is barely over a metre, I have mine on a TM2200, previously had it on a Stab HH90 without problem. The TM2200/TM2300 or a Moteck would be fine, unless highly exposed, or you want it to move faster.

Then the polar mount may be your best option.

its not a gear problem as the motor dose not try and move no noise at all

done a test with another motor and that moves so proved cable and receiver

the other motor is only rated to 90cm dishes so will only be a temp solution

you could swap it for a jaeger smr 99 motor 36volt and will handle the dish with ease.
