Default terayon lights

Hi I have a terayon cable modem here thats seemingly unregistered. IE the engineer fae NTL forgot to tell them that we have it.It was a replacement for the the rollout of 800 top users that were given 64k cable for nowt from ntl in the late 90s.
Thing is that all the lights are on ...POWER cable and PC.But It aint getting online.

Any help?

I'd leave it if I were you. They are not capable of running at anywhere near todays speeds.

OK Ill take your advice on that. The original modem that was delivered to us 800 top users circa early 99 was a Motorola Surfboard.I complained after a year or 2 about spikes and pinging in game servers...done tracert to servers and all that.So they sent up the eng with this terayon modem.I ended up with the silver connection at that time which was 512k.that incrementally crept up to the 4megs connection associated with the silver ntl package at that time==3 years ago.Not once was I billed for my net from NTL/vm in 7years...only for the fone line and jerrold analogue tv box.(baby J)
In fact I foned them up one time to complain that the server was down...got through to the techi...and he said to me on the phone Mr Mc**** you dont have broadband with us.Are you sure its not with another provider like BT or somert.

Id like to get this thing working all the same.I reckon its a bit Neo....
