i have one of these boxs and when it switches on it says loading software then nothing happens what can i do as it used to be ok

u have ti use image flash assustant (ifa) to reflash an img on the box....if u cannot connect to pc by file transfer protocol (ftp)

it's a sagem so it's a dbox2, u will need to know whether it's 1x or 2x chip to choose the correct type of image...
