hi all,
i have an old d500 which my wife is using,my qeston is ever since i got the phone from new it does weird things like for example it will make the beep like when you connect the charger then the battery indicator starts flashing as if its charging up,(but its not plugged into anything) now of late after a full charge it sometimes goes off after a few hours or when on charge it beeps and says usb charging not availiable,

any ideas or help please,

It's on it's way out. These phones are old now and are known to have problems. I had one that suddenly just started switching off, the screen went red, the battery wouldn't charge etc. My advice, chuck it (or sell it if you want a few quid) and buy a new one
