Question Missing all Sky Channels on ex1000

Hi everyone, my sister has a ex1000 and recently unplugged it as she was getting a new carpet fitted but when we have plugged it all back in and done a new scan all the Sky channels are missing ( Sky 1,2,3 - Sky Movies, Sky Sports and the Disney Channels ). We have done loads more scans and checked all the cables but still nothing - can anyone help please cos it is really starting to do our heads in, many, many thanx in advance.

Check network information, then id try a factory reset and a powerscan.Remember to remove splitters for best results

I'm not too bright when it comes to these and can just about manage the basics so just a few questions, where are the cdf's in the stickies and how do you load them? and when you say remove the splitters for best results do you mean the splitter box that the cable is connected to? Told you I was'nt bright but your help is very much appreciated, thanx

Just found the stickies, just need to know how to load them
