Pace DI4000-N power board fault
Hi All, very new to this, just got a pace di 4000 complete with a card. i took the case off to cut the phone home, but when i could not power it up to find out the card type in screen 7 of the guide. i found out the the power board had blown, i have attached two jpegs to show you the problem. 1) can this be fix with a component or 2) i am screwed. any help in this matter please. regards...

Hi Thnx sorted its a TOP224Y switch mode regulator that exploded.
I found out by looking around this forum about simalar problems. a simple trip down to my local electronics supplier vand got a TOP 202Y to replace it with. the guy said its got a better spec. no problem to replacing it and prestow the box is up... now my next problem is page 11 of the guide sorting out a MAX232Mod. |
