Right i recon i am being a bit thick here so bear with me.
1, i do a factory reset.
2, set to english.
3, do i then look for ss1 and do a rescan?

result i have now got it and all is well.

i have a sneaky feeling the connection may not have been the best. only missed 10 mins of chuck so she is a happy girl.

factory reset
set your provider(tw,ntl etc 6887 or 6952)
automatic scan,when finished
exit back to menu then press 1570 and press default key,turn EMU on
then exit all way out.find s*y sports 1 and let it update.
