gonna get it from wizard, so just put the .bin onto a usb stick and put in box? does it update automatically or must i go into a menu etc... also about virgin.. will i need to keep my virgin box and line rental etc or starview recieves signal even without virgin tv? i dont know how this stuff works lol

Dvnjunkieukanyone bought off these before? wizard has been recommended by a few people so dont know where to order now cos cheaper on Dvnjunkieuk lol

Yes, pretty much. I dont know the exact method as Ive never seen a SV 4 in real life, but thats basically it

Should just update by itself. Leave it on Sly sports 1 for it to update quickly

Its recommended that you pay for basic VM broadband at least(and use it) The SV will still receive a signal without subscribing to VM, but it is recommended to pay basic subs

I havent myself, but other people have here. Zemme is the person that runs the shop(He is also a member here). I like my openmedia500cs which is better than the SV 4 IMO, but not for a beginner

Is this worth buying, or are there any others on the market which are better for around the same price?

Anyone recceomend the eurovox, or is the starview easier to use?
