losing channels

have a d box 2 nokia and i am starting to lose the channels sky2 ,3 and movie channels is there a fix or is a case of just rescanning ,this worked up till last week ,but rescanning not bringing back the channels

i would have thought re scanning would have solved your problem. after you have scanned for channels the missing channels will be in your unsorted channels.

Probably techies moving things around on the network,sit down, chill out and have a coke and a smile and re-scan the next day and the day after that if required.
