Hi, i`ve just installed the eurovox ex 5100pvr with hard drive and i`ve done a power scan on the correct frequency and it picked up all the channels but i can only view the normal channels..ie.bbc itv etc and all the others say scrambled. Could anyone help me with this please as it`s driving me mad !!

I have read some posts on here about flashing the box but as it`s brand new I would`ve thought that wouldn`t need doing

Would really appreciate some help on this

It sounds as though all you have in your box is the FTA channels, you need to flash the box to make sure you can get all the channels unscrambled, then rescan and you should find everything is as you'd like it.

If you go here you will find a guide that explains things better.
