hi all i just got a ex5100 pvr and i plugged it in but got NO idea how to use it ... thought i just plugged in and it all worked

,,, so anybody know wat i have to do to it dont even know where to get free to air channels oopppss sorry chaps am female but not blonde lol plz help x

Try scanning for channels. Where did you buy yours from?(Not ebay was it?-its not so bad if its used)
