hi lads ok in a bit off a state just now i have a eurovox in house the thing is my internet has been playing up im with vm . thing is internet has been going off regulary so a decided to phone them, they asked me to goto my tv and goto some channel. the thing is i aint had there box installed as it was stolen one nite during a party, my m8t gave me one he found in a house but i never connected it up. i made my excuses to who i was speaking to and told them i would phone them bk,but he said he would phone me,he did wen i was trying to connect the vbox i ignored the call as the vm box was updateing, why did he want me to goto my vm box to fix broadband. have they caught me useing illegal box help!!!!!!!

I think you should have told them when the box was stolen coz they will have to know (They might ask for the police report since you box was stolen from your house), ignoring them will make it worst, hide your box and face them with situation that you don’t have the box coz it was stolen and you didn’t know what to do, I’m quiet sure you will have to pay for it but that is less of a problem then them finding out that you’ve using a modded box, as far as they know you’ve been using the box they’ve installed for you, if they have found out about the modded box they would have paid you a visit, it is normal for them to offer to call you back coz you are their customer.
