Default splitting problem

hi everyone,

i have only one splitter and it is attatched outside. when the splitter is connected i have some channels blocky and jumpy and a broadband that is off more than on.

when i connect them individually without the splitter then no probs whatsoever with either.

i take it then that my signal is not the best. or could it be a bad or cheap splitter? Is there any way to get a stronger signal?

eurovox ex 1000sl if that makes any odds.

cheers stu

Hi,

Ok i went to maplins and bought a new splitter but nowt different. I asked the lad in there if he could reccommend me a digital signal booster. he said there was no such thing and only virgin could make the signal stronger. I have read on here that that is not the case.
Also do i need to find a screw in signal booster or will a push in signal booster work just the same.
any help appreciated.
cheers stu
