can anyone help my modem keeps rebooting up all the time. i run haxoware.please help ... this is the log

Is it an Ambit 256, and you running Haxorware 11rev38 by any chance are you?

hi all. I'm having the same problem. I changed the baseline privacy to docsis 1.1 and that worked for me for a day. Now it won't let me access the web again. In overview, everything is ok except cable modem status is saying registration complete instead of working. In the event log it's saying error B301.8 auth reject - permanent authorization failure. Any help would be great thanks. Nick

sorry. Forgot to mention. My modem is ambit 256 with rev39 cheers. :-)
