What voltage, current and type of connector does it require m8 ? I can't think of any reason why not, but need more info to be sure.Rick

I can't think of any reason why it wouldn't work, and don't see any harm in having a go but I have noticed that not all devices that take a mico usb plug will charge from each others chargers, for example my PDA takes a micro usb charger, however it won't charge a motorolla V3 which also takes a micro usb charger even though both will charge if connected to a pc with the same usb cable. Wouldn't it be easier to run a usb cable alongside the VGA cable ? You can get USB extension leads to get the required length as long as the run isn't too long. As your not using USB to transfer data the 5m rule dosen't apply, so 10m should be ok I think. Sorry I can't give you a definate answer m8 Rick
