This is a service designed to rival similar services like the “Geek Squad” and the “Tech Guys”.Customers will be able to get a wide range of technical help from experts, which is supposed to take the stress [...]

TBH, if you look on review sites, O2 offer one of the best customer service anyway for BB, so I dont think that Geek Squad and the Tech Guys are going to be getting in their way

Geek Squad and the likes of them are all overpriced rubbish service.
One thing that really gets me about them is the way they go through people computers. You know, that's the way these pedo's get caught out when they take their pc with all their filth on it into PC world. Now, that is a good thing that they get caught out, but obviously what is happening is out of order. You take your PC to get fixed at one of these places and then the techs all gather round and start trawling through all your personal files and such. Don't get me wrong it is good thing that they catch the dirty pedo wronguns, but how do you feel about the fact that they obviously have a right good old fun time abusing everyones privacy that uses their service? I think its a bloody liberty. I'm glad that I have the knowledge to fix my own stuff. I myself repair laptops and computers and I never go through peoples stuff that I work for. My advice, is if you ever have to send your computer to one of these places to get repaired, would be to remove the disks. |

Most people here will know how to fix their own PC's and for the people who know nothing about computers and call the DVD drive a cup holder, well then they wont exactly be able to remove a disk or a hard disk and these are the kind of people who go to people like the geek squad. One thing I also dont get is that they charge £65 to format a PC, whereas other shops charge £35 and people still go to places like Geek Squad where the service isnt as good as other shops
