Default Erasing Atmel's with Willem

Does any one know what im doing wrong?

I have the Temporary Sector Unprotect checked and using 29LV160 setting on the Willem but it just wont erase it fully.

It looks like it does but when i do a blank check or try to program it gives errors.

Any help greatly appreciated.

I had to erase the chip a few times before the blank check would complete. Getting the chip off is easy, getting it back on is the hard part for me lol.
