if ur in an ntl area? if so it should find net id itself.

Hold left, right, standby OK while plugging the power in, release the buttons when you see LD:06 on the front display. Program a Net ID Funcard with your BK, IRD, Net ID and pin. Boot the box into the engineer's menu, press right so that you can see Network ID (it should say 09999), insert the card and the box should reboot and begin to update if everything is correct. You need the cable feed in to do this, the box will reboot itself if you live in a Pure area.

You are in pure m8, no need for fun card just do like blakey_8 said and let the box reboot, Net ID will set it self.

Press the up and down buttons in and put the power cord in the back let go after 10 seconds.

Thanks blue nose got into it but funcard trick will not change net id can get it to reset to 099999 go to id page in em insert funcard box reboots but then sticks between 20 and 30 after a while check net id and its gone back to 65535 when it should be essex 41050 any help would be great.Checked both funcard and mosc which ive made ready in em and card status reads ok.??????????
