Are all your lights working ok on the modem?

From what i've read after a quick Google search, if it's a bad flash none of your lights will be on except your power light.

Just JTAG it again.

To check its all working good when you flash, leave the verification turned on and keep an eye on it for the first few writes. Once you have ascertained that the flash is going OK with no write errors, just untick the verification and loeave it to go till the end.

What is the size of the firmware file that you are flashing? There is a full 2meg dump of Sigma 1.06 rc4 here: doinit4thelulz.com/forumdisplay.php?f=19
