i thought something not right so i got the haynes manual and did it from scratchgot sb5100 bios and put on nosh that went on then put on sigma x version 1.06 rc4 beta 1 then the sigma boot loader everything semed to go ok got into the sigma page did what said everything went in all the lights came on but the standby just kept flashing and cant get on line think ill see if i get any advice trying to do it myself but a bit stuck thanks

Just JTAG it again.
To check its all working good when you flash, leave the verification turned on and keep an eye on it for the first few writes. Once you have ascertained that the flash is going OK with no write errors, just untick the verification and loeave it to go till the end. What is the size of the firmware file that you are flashing?
