i have a eurovox with 2 dots on display. theres no standby light either. could this be the c14 cap?

Could be either C14 or it might need to be jtagged.

Open the cover "WITH THE POWER OFF" and have a look at C14 on the power board, if it's blown you should see a buldge on the top of it.

it jtags no problem but still has 2 dots m8. ill try c14 and get back.
