No EPG on Commando 11, Sagem box 1x

Hey guys,

I was running Commando 10 and it was working fine till last night when the box became readonly. I copied off my services.xml and bouquets.xml and then I converted Commando 11 to a 1x image and flashed that to the box then copied back over my xml files. Everything is working fine except the EPG, it shows no information for any channel

Does anyone know what could cause this and how to fix it?

Ok, after some playing around I found an EPG menu under the Blue button menu, it gave me a few modes to pick from. EPG for channels 1-90 for 7days or the standard VM EPG.

So I pick the first one and it says I need to put the box in standby for five minuits, I do this and then hit the standby button again to wakeup the box. the box turns on at the channel pvr_epg then jumps back to the channel I was on however I still get no EPG. I tried picking the other method and putting the box in standby again but I get the same results. no epg on any channel

please help if you can

This seems to be a generic problem with commando 11, I'm sure the creators are working on a fix. Although a box I flashed recently didn't have any problems with the EPG, theres many others on this forum with a similar problem. You could try a reflash?

Reinstalling the image did the trick, thank you Subzero

it's weird that it didnt work the first time though.
