I bought an ambit 255 it had haxorware1.1rev3 on it and it was password locked ie the person that sold it to me didnt give me the password. I got the P option in putty pressed the B (reset) and dloaded 10rc6 on to it and it worked so now its usable. I no I didnt really unlock the password but I hope this helps someone. Trial and error! Iv bricked two in the past 6 weeks.

Thanks mate.. i would of went into telnet and flash a 2mb dump on to it

but thats me lol

you can set both telnet and webgui user and pass with the max, check out 'post telnet commands here' thread
