New to the site and this whole DIY Satellite thing.
I have one dish with a 4 port LNB and two cables plugged into my Sky+ box (subscribed) leaving two spare. Can i use the spare ports on the LNB to hook up a Freesat receiver without affecting my subscription? I might be missing something here so wanted some advise before i spend any cash. Cheers, Alan. |

In short yes, you can run 4 cables from a quad LNB, obviously you are already using 2 for your Sky setup, but no problem running from the other 2 but make sure you use good quality cable.
