Can you guys recommend me a software which can choose a certain text from many text files or .html files in a directory and replace it with other text. THanks in advance.

you might want to try Prolix Windows Text Editor - an MDI (multiple document interface) that can handle multiple files up to 16mb in total file size can replace globally all opened files all at the same time. very fast also
