Hi,
I am using a eurovoz ex1000 sl to get cable tv to my tv. I would like to connect a portable tv to the cable box so I can have both tv's showing the same channel, ie, in the living room and the kitchen. Woul I use the Loop connector for this? I have tried using the Loop connector onto an aerial lead straight into a portable TV but it is not picking up the same channel? The portable tv I am using does not have a scart adaptor fitted, it just has an aerial and a phono and video in and out connector on the back. Many thanks for your time, 3gan. |

The Loop out doesn't output an RF TV signal, it only loops out the digital feed, that can then be plugged into another digital cable box.. To get the TV channels on your Portable TV you will need to take output from the Scart2 (VCR) socket on the Eurovox, either via a very long Scart to Composite/Phono lead, or by using one of them Wireless TV Senders.. Or, run a cable from the Loop out to another Cable box which could then be connected to your Portable via Scart to Composite/Phono lead..
