hi to all am new to this, i have digivox xl usb i done the software installation and done the scan but now i cant get the channel i know i have put enbale but don't know how to do that pls help me

have you scanned with the right provider? would help if we knew where you are.
try menu, 1570.....

Have you left it on Sky sports 1 and let it update? Are you using the latest firmware? And you also posted in the wrong section

system info on the menu then I1004 then change disabled to enable.
