Default Whole vermin pacakage down!

Hi lads

have the vermin basic package with a Eurovox ex5000pvr box that feeds off to the original box

as of last nite everything is down tv broadband & land line any ideas?

The tv says no or bad signal & the original box feed says ur service will start shortly

Am in St Albans, Herts everything previously running fine

Any help greatly appreciated cheers

kids or copper theives prob ruined the cab during the night. or, the weather has caused a fault

Thanks for replying G77 was thinking it might have been the rain last nite what do you recommend contacting the dread vermin customer care service ?

have a look on the website, see if anything has been reported. if not, stash the non-official equipment and give them a bell

Normally when ya ring 150 from ya VM phone and choose faults, straight away a Recorded mesg tells you of a general fault in your area, if there is one, if not then you then hold on for ages until you get through to somebody to tell em ya problem..

According to Vermin there is a tv - broadband fault in my area which their engineers are furiously working on....won't be holding my breath
