Sounds like you have the 8% problem Firstly download the 8% problem firmware then do a factory default,Now reflash with the 8% firmware when you do a powerscan for channels add an 10db attenuator to ur line or a variable attenuator, this can be adjusted to suit ur needs,if your signal strenght is too high use the variable attenutor to lower the strenght.Variable attenuators can be bought off fleabay for about £6.Hope this helps.By the way what type of box have you:eurovox max v?

Are you sure the channels are not there? sometimes they are there in another location or either labbeled as BICS** or TvCh. Then you just need to re-name the particular channel. What channel are you missing? If you struggling to find channels then there is a 8% signal fix firmware. Flash that to the box and see how u get on.

I have now fixed this problem guys, thanks for your help all.
The problem was that I let the guy down stairs from me take a spiltter off from behind the VM brown box and put on a single which was a 3 way spiltter, this then made my signal to strong. ![]() Now works since I put it back
