Hi Guys,

I purchased a Nokia Dbox2 through Gumtree & all was working until the other day when all the channels went to a black screen apart from the freeview channels? I have been trying to follow a few threads but got myself lost and confused! I read somewhere that i may need to update the keys? or falsh the box? either way i havent got a clue so any help would be greatly appreciated.

If u ain't got the latest nagrarom7.bin in the var/ky folder then the image will not au after a kyroll....

u can add the file to the ky folder (best option)

or

manually edit the kys yourself if u can find the correct ones.

what img u using? u can flash a new img but most don't contain these files

Take outs the "STARS" and put in 4. s. h. a. r. e. d (with no DOTS)

The Guide is called

Beginners Guide to Everything by Scotster =oP.doc

Look under D-Box 2 there is a guide to everything

also you will need to flash the box with a new image but i cant remember which one it is..

Thanks Guys, the version is lincsat 7.25 full.

How do you manually upload the keys & where would i find them?

I am in Norwich if that makes a difference...

look in the downloads section for Key master or serach for it on google

or get it from the BigMaq Toolbar

and also can be found who made this wonderful app - datadrome com

have tried restarting the emu incase its been turned off by accident
