a little help

hello everyone,didnt want to ask wanted to sort it myself lol,but i cant
ok i got my r232 today and did the ip chnage in my motherboard internet
done the tftpd32 bit
done the hperterminal but as i have xphome and no real terminal so had to download HyperTerminal Private Edition
so i did the hyperterminal all went well little dots then bang menu however no 1.2 or p option
so read a lot and determined i need to flash the modem with 2.1.6d Bootloader
so i used the Console Unlocker all went fine then i used Soft_Jtag i first read saved the Bootloader then i write the new bootloader to get the p menu it was the 2.1.6d all went fine no problems
i tried to use putty inserted all values pressed open nothing not a dicky bird
so i used the hyperterminal again all went find expect no 1,2 or p menu option at the end just words then closed (sorry i forget that bit)

i dont think its bricked cuz the efternet lights is strong
i must being doing something wrong or missed out a step,should i reflash the 2.1.6d Bootloader then use hyperterminal straightaway or do i need some other files to make putty work as i had to install dotnetfx and vjredist to get softjtag to work

ok reflash the mode with the bootloader in softjtag it says everything is fine,should i turn of the modem then go to my hyperterminal or keep it on go to hyperterminal enter values then reset the modem then pres ok on the settings on the hyperterminal and pres p straight away

i saw a vid of this hack for the 250 and the user used a hyperterminal called hyperterminalambit250 where can i get this i have looked everwhere

Okay connect the modem and go to 192.168.100.1 and tell me what it does?

if it dont do nothing then you aint flashed anything to it..

reflash with hax mate if nothing is there..

hello mate
ok well i totaly killed that modem lol,i forgot the lead stood up and damage the efternet part,
so i got some of my mate 5 in total,some have been done in the past,i tried the ones that where done in the past in hyperterminal i do the normal but it keeps scanning through no 1,2 p option

the ones that have been done in the past is there a easy way to reflash it again or better to try to chnage the settings mac address ect
