Question Eurovox Help Needed

Im a newbie to all this so here goes
i have a eurovox max v just recently alot of my channels are pixelated

the channels that are pixelated the signal is only 8%
the channels that work are 70% and are perfect picture

I ran my cable straight into my box and by-passed the splitter. This had perfect results. Only problem is i lose my broadband. i stay in the port glasgow area

Firstly i would try a new splitter , Failing that it sounds like a signal issue and you would need a signal booster .
